What are the Technological Drivers of the New Omnichannel Architecture?
The impacts linked to the COVID crisis combined with the recovery strategies as we can observe them in different sectors make it possible to shed new light on the challenges and performance requirements for the Omnichannel IS of companies: Scalability, hosting, security, compliance , governance of the data, integration of the front – back office, hyper specialization of micro services… So many new requirements that redefine “the state of the art” in terms of the architecture of an omnichannel IS. However, how to make the brand more agile in the new consumer landscape that is emerging and where the omnichannel and phygital customer experience is becoming the key factor of competitiveness and differentiation and how an omnichannel IS can be one of the key components in the context of this strategy?
