The Modern Digital Conflict
November 30, 2021 @ 6:00 pm - 9:30 pm
The CIO of today faces a distinct challenge. The move away from traditional budget allocation and towards SAAS technologies, means that other leaders in the business are becoming more involved with purchases. While this may enable teams to benefit from technologies that fit their needs best and improve productivity, the CIO ultimately retains responsibility for technology implementation and risk management.
How do we juggle these seemingly conflicting ideas to achieve a better outcome for everyone?
