Overview

As financial institutions continue to be a prime target for cyberattacks, contextual threat intelligence has become an essential defensive weapon to mature cybersecurity programs beyond compliance requirements. In this round table discussion, participants will share their experiences and insights on operationalizing threat intelligence to develop effective threat models, identify emerging threats, and combat supply chain attacks. Financial sector CISOs will discuss best practices for implementing threat intelligence programs, as well as how to present threat intelligence data to decision-makers to drive better security outcomes. The round table will be led by Ismael Valenzuela, SANS Author and Senior Instructor, IANS Faculty member, and Vice President of Threat Research and Intelligence at BlackBerry.
