A global survey across senior business leaders found 61% said they are now focused on reimagining work rather than merely continuing a pre-pandemic model. The hybrid workplace is here to stay, so business leaders need to rethink their workplace into a hybrid or blended workplace, as the employees across the world are slowly resuming their offices.

But the way we worked during the crisis was just a reaction. What is needed now, is a solid strategy that will probably be slightly different for every company. And a successful hybrid model needs to create a balance between workers at home, in the office and in-between, organisations must evolve their traditional modes of operations to survive and thrive in this new era of work.
